Minority Entrepreneurial Leadership Conference

About the Event
The Minority Entrepreneurial Leadership Initiative (MELI) of St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church's vision and mission is to increase the number of successful minority entrepreneurs and business executives by educating, engaging, and equipping them with the needed tools that will add value to their development and careers.
The Bible identifies Joseph as a visionary, as an exceptional administrator, and a successful businessman. The Minority Entrepreneurial Leadership Initiative's primary focus is to help entrepreneurs turn their visions and dreams into success stories. MELI is the vision given to Pastor Eric Lee for St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church and the surrounding community. St. Paul has always been on the cutting-edge of education and community development.
In the 1950s St. Paul was home to Union School which was a middle school for African-American students in the Olive Branch (Pleasant Hill) community. Pastor Lee stands firmly on the dreams and legacies of those that have gone before him and he has a burning desire to cultivate the next generation and provide equality in education and opportunity for the under-served population.
